Office Hours:

• In an effort to be responsive to the needs and convenience of our patients, our appointment hours are under constant review and are subject to change.
• Currently we have some evening hours available.
• To schedule an appointment call (703)368-1969 during our regular business hours, 8:15 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.

Emergency Services:

Our patients can be assured that they have access to their physicians at all times by following the outlined procedures:

• During business hours call the office at (703) 368-1969.
• On weekends, evenings and holidays contact our answering service by dialing the office number which will ring through to the service. If, for any reason, you are unable to reach the answering service or do not receive a return call, you may call the Birthing Center at Prince William Hospital at (703) 369-8385 for immediate assistance.

Before Your Appointment:

• Please be sure to bring your current insurance card, particularly if your insurance has changed or you are a new patient.
• If your insurance requires a referral for your visit, please be sure to bring this also.
• If you would like to save time during your visit, you may download our information forms and fill them out to bring with you. To do this simply click on the "Get theForms" link below. You may then print out the blank forms and fill them out at your convenience. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to do this, and can obtain it for free at the Adobe site .
